User data deletion

This page explains how to exercise your right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) for personal data we process. Template text to be adapted with your counsel or DPO.

Who handles your request?

The data controller is Cyberequity. Data deletion requests are handled via the email address below.

How to submit a deletion request?

Email commercial@cyber-equity.com with a subject such as: “Request to delete my personal data”.

To process your request, please include notably:

  • your identity (first and last name);
  • the contact details you used to reach us;
  • the desired scope: full deletion or limitation to certain processing;
  • any detail that helps locate your data.

To prevent identity theft, we may ask for a proof of identity.

Response time

Under the GDPR, we aim to respond within one month of receiving a complete request.

Limits to the right to erasure

The right to erasure is not absolute. Data may need to be retained where required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
